Final Random Inspection (FRI)
The Final Random Inspection is the most crucial step in the quality control journey. It is your ultimate assurance that the goods ready for shipment meet all contractual obligations. This audit is performed when production is 100% finished and at least 80% of the goods are already packed for delivery.
- AQL Sampling Methodology: We utilize the internationally recognized ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) sampling standards to select a representative batch. This provides a statistically sound conclusion about the quality of the entire shipment without the need to inspect every single unit.
- Rigorous Functional & Safety Testing: Beyond visual checks, our auditors perform "stress tests" relevant to your product type. This includes drop tests for packaging, pull tests for garments, hi-pot tests for electronics, and dimensional measurements for mechanical parts.
- Compliance with Global Markets: We verify that all markings, barcodes, and labels comply with the destination country's legal requirements. This prevents your shipment from being rejected by customs or facing penalties at the retail level.
